An entrepreneur at heart, Annalisa has successfully owned and operated businesses across diverse industries. She found her niche in construction management and design and has never looked back! Fluent in multiple languages, she is also deeply committed to community service, actively volunteering with the Lee County Historic Preservation Board, Lee County Builders Care, Girls Going Places, Candlelighters, and Habitat for Humanity. In her free time, you can find her fishing the waters of Pine Island Sound, hunting pythons in the Everglades, traveling to exotic locales or spending time with family.

With over 40 years of construction experience across the country, Joe brings unparalleled industry expertise to the team. A former veteran of the Army Corps of Engineers, his leadership and technical skills ensure every project meets the highest standards. In his free time (when he has some!), Joe enjoys fishing, riding his Harley and spending time with his lovely wife, Katie.

With 35+ years in accounting, finance, and business management, Amanda keeps operations running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, beach days, football, and spending time with her dogs—a 45lb pittie and a 200lb mastiff.

Tim brings more than 26 years of construction experience to FFI. His sharp eye and attention to detail makes him a valuable part of the team. He is relentless in his pursuit of excellence in all aspects of the job and clients trust that he will get things done! In his free time, Tim enjoys working out, boating, hanging with the family and making surfboards – you may even see him out cruising on his dune buggy or at a wrestling tournament with his kids!

Bringing over 40 years of remodeling experience to the team and his clients, Marc is a true industry veteran. When he’s not consulting on client remodels or overseeing projects, he enjoys watching Ohio State college football, eating good food and spending time with family.

A seasoned professional in real estate since 1987, Mike earned a degree in Architectural Engineering before transitioning into construction. His deep industry knowledge bridges design, building and business development. Mike is a salt-water aquarium enthusiast, likes fast cars and “jeeping” it with his wife and dogs.

Rapha is a full-time student at FGCU and works part-time as a warehouse and inventory specialist. His organizational skills and willingness to do whatever is needed makes him a valuable part of the FFI team. A talented and passionate soccer player, when he’s not studying or working, he brings his skills and love for kids to the field where he coaches a youth soccer team with the Lee County Strikers. We will miss Rapha when he graduates!
